Head Chef - Kunal
Coming from the city of Mumbai straight to the Isle of Man, both graduated from Hotel Management Institutes in Mumbai and trained and worked at some of the best chain Hotels in India.
Kunal has a true passion for Indian food, after qualifying as a Chef from one of India's most reputed catering institute, he trained in Mumbai's top 5 star Hotels kitchens of the Taj Mahal, The ITC Sheraton & The Oberois. Kunal will be displaying different Indian regional cuisine, a range of street food to fine dining from the Royal Kitchens using variety of ingredients and textures.
Manager - Shri
Shri has qualified as a chef and trained in the Holiday Inn and worked at the Hyatt Regency before coming to the Isle of Man. He started off his career at a leading four star Hotel & Country Club, and thereafter moved to a Hotel chain where he was managing two promenade Hotels.
Both Kunal & Shri wanted to go in to the restaurant business to give the island a taste and authenticity of Indian cuisine. With Kunal's over 10 years experience in Indian kitchen and Shri's 10 years of front of the house experience K&S is the newest restaurant on the island to go for perfect food flavours with friendly and warmth service.
